What We Handle

Build-outs we do most

Coworking and office

Open-plan power and data, floor boxes, lighting control, conference AV rough-in, and the outlet count that always changes after layout review.

Restaurants and food service

Equipment connections, hood and exhaust interlocks, dedicated circuits, GFCI in wet areas, and the coordination with mechanical that decides the schedule.

Health clinics and medical

Dedicated equipment circuits, isolated grounds where required, exam-room lighting, and documentation the inspector will actually ask for.

Retail, galleries and pharmacies

Track and display lighting, POS power, security and low voltage rough-in, and egress lighting that passes on the first walk.

How We Run It

From drawings to final

  1. We draw the permit set

One-line diagrams, power risers and load calculations produced in-house as electrical contractor of record. No engineering fee, no drafting fee, and nothing sitting in a third party’s queue.

  2. Scope and price, in writing

A defined scope tied to the approved plans. Change orders happen in construction — ours arrive before the work, not on the invoice.

  3. Rough-in on the GC’s schedule

EMT, conduit, boxes and feeders coordinated with mechanical, plumbing and framing. We show up when the schedule says, not when it suits us.

  4. Trim and equipment connections

Devices, fixtures, panels labeled, machinery and kitchen equipment connected and tested.

  5. Through final inspection

We meet the inspector on site and stay with it until it’s approved. Punch list closed, not handed back.

Why GCs Use Us

What actually costs you time on a build-out

Drawings that don’t hold up

Most electrical delays start with a permit set that doesn’t match the field. We draw our own, so when something changes we redraw it the same week instead of waiting on an engineer.

Trades that don’t coordinate

Conduit in the wrong place means somebody’s ceiling comes back down. We walk the job with the other trades before we set anything permanent.

Corrections found at inspection

We identify NEC issues in writing while they’re still cheap to fix. A failed inspection costs a week; a phone call costs nothing.

Questions

What people ask before they call

Do you work directly under general contractors?

Yes — that’s most of what we do. We work as the electrical contractor of record under GCs across Tampa Bay, including repeat work with Wisdom Renovations LLC and Greenbuilt CO-OP LLC.

Can you produce the permit drawings?

Yes. One-lines, power risers and load calculations, all in-house. It removes an engineering fee from your budget and usually a week or two from the submittal timeline.

What size projects do you take?

From a single tenant suite to a multi-unit commercial building. Our largest commercial contract to date is a six-figure multi-unit project in St. Petersburg, currently in trim phase.

Do you handle low voltage too?

Yes — security cameras, network, WiFi and fire alarm. Having one contractor for power and low voltage removes a coordination problem from your schedule.

Which areas do you cover?

Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, Riverview, Oldsmar and Ruskin, plus Orlando, Ocala and St. Cloud in Central Florida.

"Edgar did a great job on the electrical work for our new tattoo studio. He installed all the lighting and receptacles exactly how we wanted them. Everything came out clean, professional, and well organized."
